Confirmed it with (Norton).  Worse I've seen in a while.  Its embedded in some of the training videos on the main page and forum.  They will exploit a security exception in your operating system and give a hacker access to all of your files!!!!

Maybe it's unfixable.  Because this has been going on for 2-3 months now.  The place should be closed down and bought back, when it is virus free.  They shouldn't be risking people getting these virus's.

huh, are you too dumb to fix an OS that has been infected by yourself? All you need are free anti virus/trojans scanning softwares, and to save your important files on an external hard drive, burn them on dvds if you eventually have to format the hard drive and reinstall the OS. No need to pay hundred of dollars a "technician" for something you could do all by yourself for free. Would only take you a couple of hours. Also there are like billions of tutorials on how to protect/repair your computer on the net.
 Most of the time "technicians" end up telling you to save your important data cause they re going to format and re install the OS anyway.

I wiped my computer clean yesterday....took all of 2 - 3 hrs....(due to doing the bulk of it remotely)....once OS was installed, and LAN installed....little TeamViewer action and I was good to go while at work.

I also bet that you either update your dedicated server with the latest virus patches and updates MR's etc - unless your dedicated server is fully managed which mine is.
I rather pay 100$ more a month but I know for certain that my server is fully updated and secured than having to worry about that shit as well.

No, I have a Linux Based Reseller Hosting Plan through Acenet which runs on a Virtual Private Server however all of my websites have dedicated IP addresses and security certificates.  In addition, I pay Security Metrics 3,000 dollars a year for quarterly site certification checks and PCI audits to make sure there are no issues with information since I process credit cards transactions.  Yes, it cost money but I don't want someone being a victim of ID theft or screwing up their computer
