wanted to post pictures saturday after one more training session plus a hit of dyazide but fuck it! had decent lighting and this was my re-feed day so I weighed in 5 pounds heavier this week. Not to big of a diffrence from last week a little thicker and wider, conditioning is the same weight is up about 4 pounds.
had 2 re-feed days one super carb load day. still have a fucked up phone , I'll have somebody take the pictures next time so I can hit a few diffrent poses then the same ones. be easy not much changed in this last week very little diffrence by picture.
