Starts losing the argument at 2:00, starts melting at 3:00, he's well and truly finished by 4:00:

The interviewer has his number before he sat in the chair, very calm confident none aggressive delivery which Russel isn't used to. Russells weakness will always be that he wants change but has no idea what kind if change.

Watched to the 5 minute mark where Russell brand owned the old twat constantly. The old conservative could offer nothing more than a red herring constantly focusing on Russell's other views completely unrelated to the drug illegitimacy issue. The irony is politicians propose the drug laws are to help protect people from themselves, and yet making them illegal has created far more pain and suffering, huge violent criminal cartels, unprecedented organised violent crime, unregulated dangerous drugs and possibly created more drug users than ever could have been imagined in a decriminalised environment.
The self righteous, retarded religious , moralistic old guard that wants to impose their sick twisted morality onto everyone else forcing their lifestyle concepts unto them is slowly losing ground, with informed people everywhere coming out of the woodwork and challenging these degenerate crazy old coots.

His solution is based on the current paradigm, he has no choice but to work within the current political climate. His objection to voting is a protest he endorses to eventually establish an alternate system so that we won't even have to worry about ridiculous laws criminalising human nature in the first place. To lock people up for smoking pot but not for drinking or possessing alcohol is absurdity at it's finest, a situation that could only be created by a schizophrenic Governance with the support of A SCHIZOPHRENIC FOLLOWING.
Russell is talking about illicit drug regulations, a societal issue that effects almost everyone. To suggest it is 'his problem' shows the absurdity of your point of view, an incredible bias and an inability to asses a pretty simple situation for what it is.

Yes he has, I think his solution is pretty obvious, the decriminalization of illicit drugs. The people who have NO SOLUTIONS are the current crop of idiot politicians, who just maintain the current brokenness synonymous with the system. Typical conservatists not wanting to change unless some type of perfect solution is offered up. Earth to idiots, you aren't going to find a perfect solution in regards to illicit drug use, just the choice between several paradigms and which one is better. The current criminalisation of drugs is ten times worse than no regulations at all.

Lacking faith in the current system doesn't mean you can't still at least try to effect change through it. You don't have to wipe out the government every time you want to alter a single set of laws.
RB seems interested in striving for improvement of what a lot of people believe are shitty laws, and he's taking real action to do it by making those voices heard so the issue is brought to the fore. Respect. The interviewer seems to be saying RB either needs to have a complete revolution or do nothing at all, which is just silly. You don't have to cut off your head every time you need to pick your nose.

Dumbass got so blind drunk on Saturday that he decided to go to work on Sunday, completely fucked up.
