Pretty clear what's happening there. I had a friend who pinned his triceps and I guess he did a bad shot, because his triceps swelled up 3X the size for about 2 weeks.

Edit: just watched the video. Its just lighting, his arm is fine.

How do people do bad shots I have being done a bad injection shot in my life, I remember watching videos on how to inject and practicing before doing my first shot, if you are going to inject learn to do it properly.

People get lazy, use too high concentrations of gear, awkward injection spots makes the needle move too much which aggravates the muscle. Shit happens.

anyone can get an infection, repeat injections to frequently in the same spot can case problems and infections.
