This years markus is really bad.

I think that Ruhls best showings were the: 2002 NOC, 2003 ASC, 2004 Mr O

I do feel that his best days may be behind him. His torn pec looks aweful. He needs to get it fixed ASAP.

Did he tear his triceps like 3 years ago or what that his pec as well? Way too blocky looks like a bigger version of Art Atwood and that is not what bodybuilding needs in my opinion
