I think his system is an antidote to the overdone delts quads lats heavy look dominating bodybuilding, and arms n pecs being awesome is the look I personally want to improve upon, and I find best.
For example i think there is no one since arnold who looks good, and haney dorian etc look liek utter shit.
So I move toward what i find good, and move away from shit.
Also the book is hard to find, so I cant just read it for myslef, so its kinda liek a mystery.

well you know what i spoke to Bob Kennedy about Vince too. He was a very close friend of him. Bob Kennedy was very nice on the phone and down to earth. He died too early and a sad loss.
