185 with single digit bodyfat is horrible by getbig standards. We're all 300lbs & 2% bodyfat at the minimum.  ;D

My point is just that a person can be 185 lbs and still have a good physique.

That's true.

Most people that go to the gyms these days don't even look like they train...

Zane would probably be a fitness model by today's standards...then again, if he was using the GH/Slin that the rest of today's competitors use he would be bigger.  I'm not a fan of his physique either...I always thought guys like Robby Robinson and Serge Nubret were much better.

My point is just that a person can be 185 lbs and still have a good physique.  If he's 20% bodyfat that's another story, but for someone under 6 foot and sitting at single digit bodyfat, 185 lbs is nothing to sneeze at, especially if he got there naturally or with minimal use of AAS.  I'm not saying someone like this will win an NPC show, but for a random gym goer that's not bad at all.

By today's standards, Zane would be a fitness model......like John Basedow.

He never had the bulk or thickness required of today's pros.

Yes, guys like Serge were thicker, denser......just overall more impressive.

That's true.

Most people that go to the gyms these days don't even look like they train...

Depends on what type of gym we're talking about.

Golds or LA Fitness?

I just got back from a short trip to St. Louis. Point being...I trained at one of the most hard core gyms I've ever been in this wk end. DB's went up to 200lbs...they had more DB's that were over 100lbs then they did lighter ones. The cables went up to 250lbs and the lat pull down cable went up to 300lbs. I'm not sure who's needing 300lbs on the lat pull down...apparently someone. To top it off, the place smelled like pure ass...pretty cool, lol!

Right now I'm just praying my buddy at work placed the superbowl bet he was going to place (I was planning on matching him up to $100).

I wish I had a place like that here..........

I need that type of gym.

LA Fitness isn't doing it for me........easy to train people there, but it's not great for the type of training I do.

I've been watching a little bit of the Congressional hearings this morning...unbelievably infuriating!

The best part so far was when congressman Duncan spent about 10min defending the necessity behind these hearings amidst all the controversy behind them, i.e. they are a waste of the governments time. For those that missed it, he went on and on about how this could help save children from psychopathic breakdowns or having legs amputated..

Anyway, I do feel sorry for Clemens...it's an unjust witch hunt.

Legs amputated? You'll have better chances of getting hit by lightning than that ever happening.

I truly hate people.

My favorite question from these government ass clowns, so far is "What color was the testosterone, winstrol, hgh?"

Why does the color of a steroid have to do with anything? Morons...

Here is more fabulous info.

The whole point of this investigation is based around Clemens using HGH between 1998-2001 without a prescription. The statute of limitations on such a crime is 5yrs. In short, there is nothing to convict him for that can hold in a court of law...if this goes to court, if he did in fact use HGH without a prescription can not be brought into any court in the U.S.

The only thing now admissible in court is did Clemens comit perjury when testifying before congress. Obviously if the hearing had never taken place, he would not have been able to commit perjury. Seems like entrapment to me, since there is no basis behind the accusation, since the statute of limitations prevents it.

Just when you thought congress could not be more retarded they choose to amaze us again :P

Government should think twice before having a "RAT" run the hearings. Hard to take this mouse seriously  :-\

Half my co-workers are going off about this whole steroid thing...they all seem to want to know my opinion on this matter... ;D

i think it's a giant waste of time and money...i couldn't give a f*ck if Roger wanted to use AAS/GH to inhance his performance. as far as i'm concerned it would HELP level the playing field...

When I used to work in a more corporate environment I could never convince myself of buying a pink anything.  Even ties with pink in them, or a slight off-pink color to them I just couldn't buy.  But of course every guy in the office had at least 1 short sleeve and one long sleeve pink shirt.
