I only use wheels, plates and biscuits

I wonder how many Getbiggers could lift these 50kg (110lbs) plates with one hand. I managed a 30 second hold many years ago, no way could I budge it off the ground now.

My gym had a pair of rubbercoated 50kgs. Once somebody loaded them on the leg press and they stayed there for a long time 😄

This is leads to a good question though, what would be an appropriate age for kids to use supplements? He son is a record holder, does creatine aid in his recovery? I wouldn’t give it to my kids, but I also wouldn’t think it would be a big if my child drank a protein shake, which seems contradictory when I type this out.
Protein shakes would be ok in my eyes. More so if the kid doesn’t eat enough.

The (former) university of Michigan strength coach once told me 35 pound plates were a complete waste of a plate. I had never really thought of it and asked why and he said ,” they serve zero purpose. If you want to go up 35 pounds grab a 25 and 10.”

From that time on I have hated 35 pound plates (not that I had ever really used them).

I know we all laughed joke. Make comments about the issues they may cause with violence doing random stupid shit looting. Robbing stealing we all know and get that part even though it isn’t scientifically proven, but what the real question that I would like to know is it scientifically proven that they are lazy can’t hold jobs and don’t wanna work. I wanna live off of the high taxpayers money? Is there a scientific proof let’s hear it

I don't know about insane. Creatine is a component in foods, if creatine was dangerous they couldn't eat meat. Some give kids Flintstone vitamins or Pediasure protein drinks, sometimes on doctor's orders. I wouldn't necessarily give creatine to my kid and for sure not at a high dosage, just saying it's not insane per se. Then again I wish I'd done some Anavar cycles at like 9 :D Earliest anabolic steroid cycles I've read about is pre-birth so a small and weak child would survive the stress of being born :D

You make a great point, but I don’t know if comparing 6 year olds taking pediasure shakes and flintstone vitamins to supplementing with creatine is the same.

Caffeine is also relatively safe but I’m not sure children should have pre work sups.

What I do know is of Hankins is recommending something, I’m likely opposed to it.

Brian admitted on a Facebook form he gives Spencer creatine.

The dude is clinically insane

Amphetrazine was briefly a little famous here in the 80's. It was sold through porn books and gas stations when it was an E/C stack. They were worried about kids getting addicted from the $1 samples, and truckers buying it constantly, then not sleeping for 3-4 days on while driving on the highway.

As for Vince, he tries, I'm not going to bag on him for that :).

.

Based on this, the next flea market may also have offerings of Spanish Fly

I like them, I use #35s, I mix kilos and pounds, etc.... I like being able to make different combinations/weight totals without finding small plates or having to add extra ones.
