I agree.  150 is way to heavy to control.  When the came back down they would have given him bruises on his legs - too much momentum...

Guess what guys? It's the truth.  I've trained in the same gyms all over Long Island, Golds, Bev's, Mr.Americas, Powerhouse etc as him over many years and the weights are legit.  He did use momentum and assisted a lot of the lifts.  Other exercises are equally impressive.  Lying tri barbell extension with 405 I think....315 on his own realtively easy.  Not much leg stuff though.  I think he trained with Richie Barathy in American Combat...a great martial art with a couple guys I know, Glenn and squadrito.

Ok, let's agree that the 150's are for real. What the fu*k for ? I dont see bowling ball delts jumpin here.  Are you going to tell me that 150's put on more size than 60's??
I remember most of these pics from a million yrs ago. Jimmy was always stuck between small strong man and potential bbuilder. Has he had angioplasty yet??? 8)

your 100% right, Vinny...to build muscles you do not need extremely heavy weight....and you'd be better off not using it in the first place.

That dude was supposed to be very strong, but used a lot of assistance. The 150 bell looks a little too small to be 150lbs . . . and  we all know what you can do shooting photos at high speeds.

At the Arnold classic expo I saw him do skullcrushers with 500 pounds using a standard olympic bar.  Even with the reduced range of motion it was impressive.

i think that the dumbell side lateral raise is done more sloppy then any other exercise,im sure you guys see it all the time, guys using way to much weight and swinging the hell out of the dimbells to get them up,they are missing out on all the great muscle gains by cheating that way.im after giant delts and i dont careabout what size dumbells im using
