me thumbless - Its dumb and I know but It feels better and I seem be able to lift heavier..

Thumbs all the way.  Feels way too risky when benching, especially with heavy weight.  Plus some organizations require a thumb grip when benching for safety reasons.

Did't you guys here that story in the news yesterday about that college football player who dropped the bench while he was benching and it crushed his throat?  Thumbs all the way!

I used to use thumbs, then for like 1 and half year no thumbs.....now im back to thumbs on all exersices except back....

feels better.

I always lift thumbless, can't risk a thumb injury.....I need the thumb for BB expo pics.
