Some comments:

1. Very good conditioning, no doubt there. Especially if this guy is truly 100% natural (no diuretics) he seems very dry, I'm impressed with his upper body details.

2. He's god good muscularity and is at his best in 3/4 shots. He isn't neither really thick nor really wide (in fact shoulder width seems to be a problem) so 3/4 shots are at the best angle so that he can showcase his crisp muscularity without giving the impression of smallness.

3. There isn't any "real" back shots, but from his front relaxation and front biceps poses, lats seem to be a weak point.

4. His quads are very good, however to have a complete looking leg he would need more hamstrings and adductors development.

5. Very hard and striated deltoids, but narrow clavicles... but then again, there's nothing he can do about that.

All-around I'd say that his physique is very pleasing and aesthetic. It's a good look and certainly could be a decent "poster body look" to get more peoples into working out seriously. Best natural in the world? No, I don't think so... although it's almost impossible to know who is TRULY 100% natural nowadays. But I don't think that this guy has remotely enough size to be called best natural ever. Heck my girlfriend is a lifetime 100% natural bodybuilder and she is almost as big and just as conditionned as he is. And she is considered to be a "small" natural bodybuilder.

She has competed in tested shows many times (even last year). And I'm not talking about drug tested shows like the WNSO and other such federations who only use a 'visual pannel' test or lie detector test. She was tested according to IOC regulation at an IOC approved lab (headed by Christiane Ayotte one of the fiercest anti-doping persona in the world). If you saw the girls she competed against this year, you wouldn't say that!!! She did work on a farm for the best of 10 years, at over 50 hours per week.

She has been training (on top of her physical labor) for 20 years. She is the strictest dieter I know of. Given all that, her physique is quite believable. If she decided to go the enhanced route she would probably be very massive, but after seeing what the top girls look like, it is not my or her desire to go that way.

I know him, got his book. Looks awesome. He deserves a lot of respect for pullin' that off without the juice. A lot of willpower and discipline is involved.

What about Mike Ashley (Pro from the late 80's) he was supposedly natural. Never mind the gap-tooth , pointy-elbows. He was in all the mag's & always listed as "Natural"
