Whats up guys.. My name is Daniel. I've been at bodybuilding religiously for 3 years and 2 months. I went from a scrawny kid at 135lbs or so to 209/210 pounds in this picture. Its just a hands on hips shot and a side chest. I do not exactly know how to pose so go easy on me..
I just need some critiquing. I'm very sensitive in my own skin and i feel like i could always be bigger. I have dreams to be an IFBB Pro some day. I also have a training session with Mr. Kai Greene himself coming up, so hopefully he can give me some valuable info.
As far as what I'm "on" i'm only ostarine right now. I'm doing 20mg a day for 8 weeks and we'll see where that takes me.
My diet is around 3600-3800 calories.
Please help me guys. I feel like I look okay. I want to go from okay to great. Thanks everyone for your time.
