Tips for good times at University

1. don't TRY to nail hot coeds, BE A PAL. TALK TO THEM IN THE SAME WAY YOU DO WITH DUDES.

2. drink, but do NOT get hammered, stay semi sober at parties. This will lead to....

it's the same story as highschool, except your parents aren't there to keep you in check:  all the guys who just want to party and major in something easy like comm may seem enviable at the time, but then they realize there's another 50-80 years left to their life after college which... won't be so fun working $15 / hr slave labor.

it's not like you have to sell your soul to the engineering department or whatever, but at least get the degree.  you can always choose not to use it and follow your dreams or whatever -- unfortunately, if you just fuck around and end up with a sociology degree... the reverse is not true.

School wise - get a degree that will get you a job Business, Accounting, Pharmacy, Medical, Engineering .... When you leave school with a degree in Communications, English or Psychology ...you basically wasted four years of life and $$$ hahaha

Quit university, get a trade, move to Fort McMurray, Alberta.  Go to work in the oil sands and make $150-300 grand a year, depending on position and amount overtime you're willing to work.  Retire with a nice nest egg after doing that for 20yrs.
