Not a douche at all. 100% I did. I gained a lot of weight on test and winny. I looked like a bloated idiot though. I probably had no clue what I was doing though.

Well I might not be the best guy to give advice on that because my traps are probably the thing that grow the easiest for me. I do five sets a week at the end of my shoulder day. I usually switch between front shrugs and db shrugs. Just go as heavy as you possibly can for 4 - 5 work sets. 12, 10, 10, 8, 6. Throw a double drop in on that last set to make it 6, 10, 15 and pump em full of blood. Don't underestimate the work capacity of the traps and really make it feel like those fuckers are gonna tear off. Other than that maybe try some deads if you're not already doing them.

Well I might not be the best guy to give advice on that because my traps are probably the thing that grow the easiest for me. I do five sets a week at the end of my shoulder day. I usually switch between front shrugs and db shrugs. Just go as heavy as you possibly can for 4 - 5 work sets. 12, 10, 10, 8, 6. Cool, let me know how it works out for you. I think a lil mass on there will make a world of difference on your physique. All you neck muscles should be sore the next day if you're pushing hard enough.

Most bf measurements are off, and they will just screw you up.
I have calipers, Skyndex and Futrex devices at my office, and they are all whacky.
If you have access to a hydrostatic water tank...maybe then. But it ain't for everyone and itr is a big to-do.

Had surgery where they had to temp remove my intestines to remove some lower back neveres due to a neurologic problem.
Suckes, will be here for a while until my bowel starts working...shut down is part of the process.

Thanks haz. I work my ass off and it's good to hear. Not many in my circle of friends train, they think I'm a freak for being so "into it" especially the eating and never skipping training days, my friends think that it makes no sense.

since you already deadlift, that is the first base in huge trap dev. as soon as you raise the bar, make sure you activate your traps, and don't just let the weight hang off your arms. keep the traps contracted even a half inch until you are at completion, and then do a full shrug. this way it shouldn't impede your ability to pull d/l poundages, it's like a bonus set for traps every deadlift.

One thing I've always noticed about traps-mine and others- is that they respond really well to heavy training. Forget the higher rep stuff, do them heavy. If you can do eight reps with 315 for front shrugs, then load the bar with 365 or 405 and knock out 4-6. Do this repeatedly. Always push yourself, especially when bringing up a weak/lagging body part.
I also like to do one arm upright rows, sort of a power movement. Grab a DB and raise it mimicking an upright row with a bar, but bring it up as far to your earlobe as your elbow and shoulder will allow. I don't do these with much more than a 60lb'er, but it's quite effective for "raising my traps." Caveat, this does bothers my elbows, so watch for this if you have elbow trouble.
If you're doing deadlifts, then your traps will already be getting some stimulation. If you have time and your split allows, throw in some of the one arm upright rows at the end of the workout.

So far I pay you nice compliment - you look decent for natty - and then I try, genuinely, to help, you take it to the next level.
I think you need overall much more mass and you will need to train hard, heavy and make sure you get decent calories in. I recommend you try doing deadlifts with a trap bar.
plenty of squatting for you and even some direct arm work.
time to get serious with your training.

by the way- keep doing your thing- 10 pounds would fill you out well, but with your frame you could hold alot more, it's juts a matter of what you want to do to get it.

Currently yes. Lifetime no. I did some test winny a couple of years back. Niether really agreed with me, I felt sluggish and sick, but did gain weight. I'd imagine I will try more, just want to learn a bit more before I try again.

yes. a bit of test and winstrol is really not serious business. if it didn't agree with you you may have been supplied some bad gear. i hope the DCN didn't sell it you as part of his multiple drug deals.
