Flintstones we talked early on the phone. This is mark. I had a question about the stack you said you were on.






Did you take creatine mono all in one dose pre workout or split the five gram servings up through out the day. I have the glutamin and l citrulline already.

haha yeah...goals likely change at some point anyway. I agree with everyone else btw ...you have great shape from what I can see. And if you're not satisfied with the size you have now than you probably never will be.

Someone in your family probably had good genes for width, you just expanded on it with shoulder work ie side laterals I assume. I was narrow too but my dad had wide shoulders so when I started training them they came to be decent.
