Yes, I had really mean cramps from that stuff, specifically abs. Anecdotally Taurine seems to help and it has been shown it depletes Taurine. I think the trick is to use very little initially. It's an old asthma drug of course which some used for decades straight. I don't think they all were cramping and shaking constantly all that time, like with everything you get used to it. It's not a game changer by any means but if trying to maximize things might be mildly useful. The observed fiber change to more fast twitch is interesting. All the athletes now have prescriptions for albuterol or salbutamol or similar, everyone has asthma. All the winter athletes have cold induced asthma; interesting how all the athletes are suddenly asthmatics.
Theoretically, a human could never be as precise as a machine doing the same task. The question is how long is it going to take before AI can reach an overarching ability to be better than humans in almost everything. The machine needs to fit into tight spaces—bulky robots simply can't maneuver under a kitchen sink to replace a garbage disposal or install a faucet. By dexterity, I mean more than just precise movements.
We have the ability to stop it before it gets too out of hand, but it will be the greed of a few at the top which will spell doom to the average person.
