i dunno i actually like the taste of the protein shakes i have atm so if im really hungry ill just down one of those... dont feel so bad afterwards

i can't drink shakes at night. i lay down and can just feel it slushing up my throat. blah. whey/water/stomac acid = gross.

that one was store-bought. I felt very many walking through the bakery picking it out, however.
