That mod drew all the same conclusions that others here drew a decade later.
It's exactly the same.
Despite all the criticism of Brian some things are true: He has muscle, he is freakishly lean day to day, he has decent strength (not relative to size, drug use, but decent). He doesn't appear to actually put a legit effort into attaining these as is evidenced by his workouts and diet.
What that does is make him lazy. He tries things as long as it doesn't take much effort. This is why BB contests get 5 weeks of "prep".....he will do a DL / Squat / Bench online challenge, but will never put the work in to push past things. It's why the 400lb squat was never pursued, why the 500lb deadlift will never happen, why he'll never get in real BB shape.
If the dude didn't have a body that shits out half his calories to keep the fat off him, he'd be more of a mess.
All that said, this site tolerated all his horseshit, but he had to cross the line, so fuck that.
