I have had a productive day made an apt booked a flight and a hotel paid in advance in full but I am just lying right? Yeah it’s sucks I have to wait a couple weeks but they are busy I booked the first apt they had available. I am hoping they can help. You guys can all just accept that your injuries can not be helped that you are too old and it’s not worth bothering. Me personally I will rebuild at 90 if necessary.

Do you not realize some post only my friends can see and not all are available to the world for you to stalk? I put up show pics they all know I won I posted me on stage in my 1st place medal. My friends all congratulated me like normal people. My wife announced it in her story that day. I told my friends I was ging prior they wished me luck. Again how is it you don't know how facebook works my post to the world to see are like 1/20th of my actual post my friends can see.

So I don't have a pec tear, but I can do this pose whilst only flexing one pec and keeping the other relaxed. Surely the imbalance would look better that way.

Correct that is what I normally do but on stage you lose concentration for a second also its  horrible angle anyway that is why I am going to talk to a specialist. If I can win with a torn pec and supposedly not training or dieting at all just imagine how much better I can do if I get it fixed and add some burpees and bear crawls into my day. Hell I could be Mr Olympia if I follow DJ online training program. That guy added 2 inches to his chest in a week!!!

It does suck after 20 years you have to wait a couple weeks, they must not have know who was calling. Did you identify yourself as the reigning 2024 Charlotte Pro Men’s over 40 Classic Physique Novice Champion? Given your humble nature I’m sure it never came up.

If this guy fixes you like the hernia surgeon you will start winning trophies left and right without ever stepping foot in the gym!
