I have been a lazy ass and i need motivation, i will use this as reference as i will post another pic in a few months where i will be more buff.

Yeah. Second that.

You look great from the front. Very good.

The back is... real weak.

Looks more like you're not hitting the back with excersises like deadlifts and DB rows rather then being a genetic midget.

You should be able to take care of it pretty fast.

i appreciate the input.... my back is lagging and yeah its because i dont do deads or rows.... after the comp i got into the habit of training the "beach muscles" only.

but its winter now and time to get into it.

i havnt got any pics of my legs, after i competed i had a bit of a meltdown and deleted every pic i had of me competing.....
but will post some leg shots in current state soon.

Also, you look very good in that comp shot. Not the best angle to see, but looks like you have well structured abs. Delts look good too...

i wasnt very happy with the judging and every time i looked at photos i lost the plot. so the trophey found the side of a brick wall and the photos got deleted and vowed never to do another competition. but in reflection i think i may have over reacted slightly.

i came third and heres a pic of the dude that came 2nd...

It is a tiltle for a work in progress. The masterpiece is not finished yet. One day i  shall be the monster.

Are you saying 205 in those pictures or what you are right now? I just can't see you weighing 205 in those top pictures.

No matter, you got a great start and look good, just get some more mass and you'll be set. BTW - you kill that guy who took 2nd, I'd be pissed too.

im 93kgs in those pics taken a couple of weeks ago, im pretty sure my calculating to pounds was right.... 2.2 pounds to a kilo ???  i was hoping to use this post as a preface to what will be, hopefully, a more improved me in a few months. so in a few months when i post my new results it would make my gains less impressive if i lied about my weight now.....
