Do you guys ever find you look more vascular when you wake up in the middle of the night to go pee?  I thought this had something to do with nutrient timing but someone else told me it's the result of laying down for a few hours, I forget his explanation as to why that helps.

Friend of mine who barely trains anymore use to sauce a little bit, pretty much with the worst bloat drugs like dbol and test E.
And he had the craziest thinnest skin.  Web like veins all over his delts and chest.  Genetics play a role with thin skin

I look very vascular after pounding my wife for 2 1/2 hours.

Yes, happens to me too bro.. I look better even right before I go to bed than in the morning,, I wake up flat and soft in the morning, and at night hard full and vascular,, weird

Someone knows what I'm talking about!  I find I usually look best when I get up after 2-3 hours of sleep for a bathroom break, it's just that I'm in a rush to get back to bed instad of taking pics but maybe I should next time.

When I`m prepping for a show I get up to pee a lot of times late at night..........my body`s crawling with veins all over my quads and abs.........at 3 AM !!

Ironically,on contest day it is usually cold in the pump up room and I have nowhere near the vascularity I truly know I have.

I wish I could talk some contest promoters to hold a show at three in the morning!  ;D
