I am very fond of raw fish sashimi style for dieting. But because Romania is a backwards country you cannot get fresh fillets except salmon. So I stick to raw salmon.

My dream diet would be raw salmon, raw tuna and fillet mignon with greens.

Raw is always better than cooked.
BUT, your digest system will be tired. So you must combine it with cooked one.
I tried once with tuna sashimi everyday,I love sushi and sashimi, but i ended up that i felt like vomit.
