Looks awesome - at least he's concentrating on making visible improvements unlike a lot of top tier pros who seem to present the same packege year after year.

i think he placed 7th at the Olympia. He couldve placed ahead of Victor Martinez in 6th and nobody wouldve complained

Lets say he put on 20lbs since he appeared in the Olympia. 20lbs of quality muscle, excluding all the water weight and such.
Of that 20lbs, he probably needs 12-15lbs in his back alone. And if he was able to accomplish that, he'd surely make top 3 at the Arnold, and subsequently at the Olympia.

great shape,upperbody has caught up to legs,amazing as was stated when they could afford to up ante what truly happens,not like those supp ads that say with anabolic whey shake and creatine growth juice i will be 30 lbs and at my best next olympia.

How long have you been on Rockel's dick, "kid"? Fact is, the past 2 seasons his stomach has become more distented, offseason AND contest time, which is a shame cause he always had one of the more balanced physiques. And eating a ton of calories only has a LITTLE to do with it. BBers back in the iron era ate a shitload of food too... the difference is the massive amounts of GH/insulin/igf-1 stacks todays pros have been using. Rockel has been a very balanced physique for a long time, and unfortunately he hasn't been rewarded much for it. He got a bit bigger this past year and got rewarded at the olympia. Now he's gonna ruin his lines playing the mass game, and you CAN tell his stomach is growing, even in that pic. Get off his dick... I'm calling it how I see it.
