Confessed terrorist Faisal Shahzad was removed from the Department of Homeland Security travel lookout list sometime after Barack Obama came into office. CBS reported:

Now we see why this has been played down so much in the media. Obama and Napalitano are ass-deep in this debacle.

Nah. I don't think he personally looks at each list, but when you run an organization . . . or the country, your managers work for you and on your behalf. The head of the organziation cannot possibly be involved in every decision, but he or she is ultimately responsible for every major decision.

From that standpoint, the president is absolutely responsible for decisions to stop terrorist investigations (if that happened).

If there was a white house directive which said "Remove this guy..." then of course, they should be impeaching his ass lol...

But if this was just an ongoing drop/add of names... impeachment would be a little extreme. we damn sure should at why this guy was added in the first place - then removed. And of course, how the F he was EVER given citizenship if he was on that list...

The guy from the department of the interior that Obama appointed to deal with oil spills and other similar ecological disasters was white water rafting with his wife while the drama was unfolding. Haven't seen a single story on TV about that either.

Shahzad also had a web of jihadist contacts that included big names tied to terror attacks in the U.S. and abroad, including the figure who has emerged as a central figure in many recent domestic terror attempts – radical American-born Muslim cleric Anwar Awlaki.

Besides Awlaki, sources say Shahzad was also linked to a key figure in the Pakistani Taliban, its Emir Beitullah Mehsud, who was killed in a drone missile strike in 2009. The Mehsuds had been family friends of Shahzad, who is the son of a former high-ranking Pakistani military officer."
