Just Bought A Vibration Machine: What Do You Guys Think?

I just purchased a https://vibeplate.com/

Anyone have any experience with these?  My friend who owns 21 race horses has one that he uses for them. He swears by it. I start my training Tuesday when it gets delivered, I'll keep everyone posted. So excited!

They’re decent for people with chronic back pain or back injuries. But then again, so is a Tempurpedic mattress.

I was expecting at least Coach Is Black to offer some of his knowledge on this machine. Coach is usually up to date on all these new things. I still use the MassSuit I bought years ago, its just a hassle getting it on.
