eating like a bodybuilder is easy
« on: September 27, 2014, 01:39:41 PM »
very simple. i cook everyday, either chicken breast or shirt steak. sometime turkey meat with taco seasoning. i microwave potatoes for 10 minutes, makes a great baked potato.
i always cook extra so i can take two meals to work, chicken or steak and a potato, with a little Lucille's BBQ sauce on it. and then i have one mason jar that i fill up with
cherry tomatoes and cucumbers and baby spinach. a little dressing and boom, I'm good. easiest thing i have ever done. i seem to be losing a little weight also, only one soda a week,
two habit burgers a week, and that's it. and I'm not eating out anymore, so I'm saving money.  i cant believe how easy it is to cook every day

Interesting. Your spellcheck seem to correctly spell "I'm" however it seems perplexed by the "i" that starts each of your sentences.  This deserves further investigation.

A shirt steak? Do you wrap the steak in a shirt? Hanes shirt? Or do you use a more designer style of shirt?

Who wants to eat like that every day?

Life is short.

Razor sharp abs are way overrated.

Live a little.

I cook for 3 days ahead, easier and time saving. Anyone taking their diet seriously probably cooks for at least a couple of days ahead me thinks.

This is my fridge today next to someone's I prep

I do work out and eat healthy after a 2 month break due to being too busy. It is nice and pleasant to have exactly the food I want/need wherever I go so I am not sure what "work and sacrifice" are you referring to. As for chicken and rice, yes, one meal every day consist of spicy chicken parsley onion patties with basmati rice along with greens and 50g of fruit. The rest are different. Tupperware is great for storing and packing with you your daily food. As far as my physique is concerned, wanna do a side by side pic comparison contest? I am positive your trash talk is backed up by a solid build  :)

All that prep to look like a regular guy.
You may as well just eat a normal diet, eat what you like FFS
What a colossal waste of time

I never prep, diet,or watch calories as long as I get enough protein. I'm fine looking the way I do considering I eat pretty haphazard. Using up my youth while I can 8)

I eat quite haphazard at 49 and still manage to keep my abs and stay in shape year round.

All this making meals days in advance and weighing and measuring, I have never understood it.

I'm not a self proclaimed bodybuilder. Just workout and live life. I have this site to Thank for snapping me out of the Tupperware existence.  To each their own.

I always tell people no if I get asked if Im a bodybuilder.
I have no desire to be associated with that name and the negative connotations that it conjures up.

If English is your first language, you need to quit bodybuilding and go back to school.

Don't worry. I've seen your pictures. You won't be inundated with inquiries during this lifetime.
