hahahaha, all of the 163 pound monsters were blasting away in their skin tight XXS t shirts, punishing their massive soft 13 inch arms with 27.5 pound db incline flye/side bend/broomstick twist giant sets, hahahaha, i got up from my last set of close grip benches and picked my victim, 5'9" 167 soft pounds wearing a skin tight sleeveless Under Armor shirt and spandex shorts with a perfectly coiffed Italian helmet hairdo, i said, "my goal is to one day be as big as you so i can wear skin tight Under Armor shirts and spandex shorts when it's ten degrees out like today" hahahahaha.

There was a clown like that at my gym today, 6 feet tall, 160lbs max, all he did was arms, about 40 sets then he walked out the gym with invisible lat syndrome in a tight t shirt! This is in London in January!
