This is somewhat true. But you're exagerating it a lot as part of your shtick.
If you just lift hard a couple times per week and eat a normal 3 meals per day. You'll look 90% as good as if you lift much more and follow a strict diet. It's mostly genetics.
When I lift weights or stop lifting weights it makes a huge difference in my muscles. But it's mostly just muscle tone and pump.

I think what he means is bodybuilding for the sake of getting oiled up and getting on stage is a waste of time, I've changed my workouts completely in the last few years from bodybuilding focused workouts to more functional and core strengthening / mma style weight workouts, I feel much better overall and feel good that I don't just have inflated muscles for superficial reasons.

lifting weights is very wasteful unless you are putting in perfect foods back into your body to repair it. if you repair with junk your arteries will be junk then u can mark yourself up for having cardiovascular disease and an eventual heart attack or cancer

Well the weight lifting itself doesn't contribute to cancer or heart attack. It's all diet that does this. And yes, a bodybuilding diet is pretty unhealthy.
Lifting weights is actually a healthy thing to do. If you just lift weights and eat really healthy it's not damaging whatsoever.

Another chump who micro-analyzes certain aspects of nutrition and blows their influence out of propertion.
These mineral and vitamin imbalances are no big deal whatsoever and they are replenished with food. That's why we eat after all.
Do you just sit around all day, trying your hardest to keep your body in perfect homeostasis all the time at all costs so you can extend your lifespan by a few weeks? That must be a shitty life.

my heart has improved over the past few days. i started eating a ton of beans and cut out all the processed fats. made a huge difference in how i feel. beans are the most important food ever there are so many different kinds of beans that all must be taken into account just like all natural grown unprocessed foods. tastes like crap eating natural foods , the beans dry you out some too wich is good, i was having some bad cracked lips but eating alot o beans dryed them out. The first night i was eating tons of beans i had a dull pain in my chest all night , but i think it was from changing my diet, so it was a good pain/sensation i had never felt it was like my heart was rebuilding...one must keep in mind that rich diets and fatty foods load up the organs and steal vitality from the heart, this is possibly why my heart was having irregularities so when i ate all the beans the pain was probably from the rebuilding,....i had been living off of alot of processed white flour and dairy products and i think it has caught up with me, but now im eating real clean. i started drinking some soy milk too becuase eating tons of oats and beans is boring but goes with soy milk perfectly. Soy is a tricky food but i gotta have some sweetness in my diet. i still have some fruitjuices but mainly just water them down, im alot healthier now i feel

a few years ago it was olive oil and no carbs, then it was no meat and moderate carbs, now it's beans..lol, what's next milk only diet with ripe cheese ?

i have either split peas and lentils and chickpeas every day. they don't have to pre soak either, cant find cheaper food than that. I used to eat regular beans but they tend to make me to hyperactive or something, very strange

I'm 262 right now, lean - prob single digits if not 10 - but I do stick to my regimet of gh/slin/test/eq/t3/tbol
BUT the main reason your wrong is I;ve been on shit since I was like 16 or so in texas, when I had that seizure they did ALL kinds of tests on me one of which was a MRI and CT scan on my mahor artieries ato see buildup, blokage whatever could of cause a seizure - now I was perfectly healthy except for maybne some enlarged organs but not my heart - my brain, stomach, bones were slightly enlarged but not to wear hey clssified me as agro
so I never do cardio or abs and I have abs and stay under 10%bf and eat like shit amost all the time
your notions of training and lifestyle are shit - go get cha a bobiscuit and couple gh kits ;)

Regarding him being off, well, Olympia was 6 weeks ago. Even with zero drug intake between then and now he would still be at levels equaling maybe 2 grams a week.

You don't go from competing at 230 4 years ago to 270 +and not be all drugs...He was decent before he went crazy with the drugs but in order to compete you gotta be huge...sad....

he looks deflated but he is still massive. he is probably curising one 1 or 2 cc's a week.. i bet he has been on mega doses for about 5-6 years now with no breaks, and with his recent placing at the O he is probably thinking he will pull a ronnie coleman, take a couple months off, and then blow up massive when he jumps back on. roids dont need to be cycled, generally speaking the longer your on the better you will look, but i do think that after years of heavy use going off for a little while (and training hard and eating good and maybe using some GH if you can afford it while being off) is a good thing that can be beneficial in the short and long run.

if he is actually completely off..its probably a brilliant move. so many try to break through the barrier by jamming more gear, different combos and different ratios and end up with pulumbo...
i dont think ive EVER seen a guy go completely OFF during a pro career..when the plan is to come back on. ive seen them reduce and go smaller- but only for a few weeks and occasionally a couple of months...
but all that gear saturates the receptors and messes with all kind of chemical axis - so restoring it- if it can be- to normal might be a good idea. i know that training clean, after being on low to moderate cycles eventually approaches the size you once were when using...(im not talking pro level cycles though)....and it takes only a fraction of what you originally used to get there when you go back on...
so maybe theres method to this madness?...maybe he plans to get where he was by cleaning out, truly getting back to normal again, then working back to being big again but drug free- THEN banging it again in the hope to set another new level well beyond where he got to last time.
not sure if it works like that though with the alchemy they use these days...it theoretically and anecdotally works for gym rat dosages...definitely...b ut most freak out when they are off and never really clean out properly.
