Quiincy says he is 302 at last year's show and Toney was just shy of 280 - so if I was Q - I would stop talking about his size. Now at a solid 296 - Freeman is insane.

Ronnie saw Toney on May13th in Atlanta and it was not Pretty - Ronnie wanted no part of a pose down and Ran after seeing what kind of shape Toney was in so far out from the Olympia. :-)
