I don't think you can play as Kai Greene in the Towel stage though  :-\

No. They only eat energybars which you buy.

One energybar for 50 dollars gives you 50 cals.

You take different jobs to earn cash. So far you don't get offered to "dance" at shady events. Maybe in the higher levels.  ;D
