Ron, I met Derek and his actions were pretty much the same as the inmates that I watched over when I worked in corrections.  He has a lot of anger issues that he covers up with cars and women and drugs and is caught up in an occupation that diminishes his well being  He's not a lunatic but most likely bipolar with a chemical inbalance.  I'm standing talking to Palumbo and he comes up barking and yelling like a madman.    

Also let me remind you Ron that Derek's primary source of income is from Webcam sessions.  I'm sure that he makes a lot of money doing it but its an embarrassment.  That's why he gets the ridicule and the wrath of the people around here.  

Even Getbig's moral compass points in the right direction on occasion.   Until Derek truly addresses his anger issues, he's never going to be right in the head.  He's not a psycho but honestly he needs to simply take a long break from his current activities...maybe spend some time doing something more constructive and find other ways to make a living or take a vacation somewhere.  Those webcam sessions have to be tearing into his dignity and soul and that's a contributing factor to his anger issues.

Since I was taking steroid and taking ephedrine like tic tacs, I was much bigger and leaner than before.  Worked 40 hours there and then a few hours doing security at a bar.  Went to Gametime on the weekdays after work and played pool with the crew.
