Like I have stated before I have been fighting drug use for many years. For aprox. 4 weeks ago I lost myself into drugs. And when I'm intoxicated I do a lot of stupid things. I got into fight which ended with me toring bicep and chest muscle. After 2 weeks I felt I could start to exercise lightly. Except I couldn't lift chest. My left chest was and is now 2 times bigger than right pec. And when I flex my chest I can feel like my left pec is always pumped.. could it be after month my pec is still swollen ? How to fix this.
