My chest is fucked up

Like I have stated before I have been fighting drug use for many years. For aprox. 4 weeks ago I lost myself into drugs. And when I'm intoxicated I do a lot of stupid things. I got into fight which ended with me toring bicep and chest muscle. After 2 weeks I felt I could start to exercise lightly. Except I couldn't lift chest. My left chest was and is now 2 times bigger than right pec. And when I flex my chest I can feel like my  left pec is always pumped.. could it be after month my pec is still swollen ? How to fix this.

Surgery seems to be your only answer.  This sounds serious and beyond the scope of internet guessing.  Have a MRI done to find out what exactly happened and what the damage is.

Did chest today.. could only do very light weight. I was not able to do flys in machine.. couldn't it not be still swollen?

Could they still be swollen after just 4 weeks? I would think so, hell - I would assume so (If you are correct and they ripped).
