Three rules that I have learned from reading this message board.

1) do not post a picture of just your face. People will think you are gay

2) if you do not look like Ronnie Coleman in his best years (1998-2003), you will get totally OWNED!!!!

3) if you do not look like Nasser EL Sonbaty you will get OWNED as well, since this board contains A LOT of people that love Nasser for some reason!
