When I bulk which is about 3-4 months out of year I'll up cals to around 4500 highest maybe 5k and have 400-450 grams protein day 5 days a week and fast half days Saturday n Sunday. Less proteins as well on those days. Does well for me gaining muscle last bulk equated around 20lbs of solid mass but over 40lba of weight gained. So next bulk won't be as impressive of gains.
6ft 225 lb 9% fat now. And eating about 250 grams a day protein now now also just cruising on the vitamin T
