Im becoming a fat pig i concluded when i looked in the mirror today, whats the cardio you do and for how long and how many days a week?!

2 mile jog in the park three times a week.
Thinking about getting back into the 10 or 15 minute HIIT on the treadmills but it's really nice out this time of season so that will probably hold off until winter time.

2-3 times a week High Intensity right after I lift for about 15 mins! Really should do it more often though!

Day 1 - sprints - 20yards x 2 40 x 2, 60 x 2, 80 x 2, 100 x 2.......repeat x 2-3
Day 2 - Prowler - 5 x 40 yards
Day 3 - Tire flips, sled drags.

In the past, nothing. Today, treadmill 5-6 days a week in he early morning for an average of 45 minutes. Gotta start somewhere.

Road work 3 times a week for about 4-6 miles. Hit the Prowler and sprints 2 times a week

I almost never do cardio. It's become a very bad habit. I walk for 10 minutes from the train station to my workplace every morning and do the same again when I leave. That is the sorry extent of my cardio.

Soccer practice/games but season is over now.
Now I'm going to hit the treadmill and try doing 3km every other gym day.

If you really wanna loose weight then at least 20 min in the morning on empty stomach, every day. That's the minimum. Stairmaster is the best.

I don't really do any and I rarely do even when I wanna cut. Truth is I hate it but we all should for health reasons.

40 minutes on stationary bike six days a week and combine that with weight training every two days and treadmill for 45 minutes three times a week..just started three weeks ago...feel much better and much lighter

Can barely handle going to the gym 3x/wk so no cardio for me. But if I wanted to get epic leans I'd do cardio 3 of the 4 days I don't train. Doing cardio in a gym is incredibly boring and seems to take forever so I prefer outdoors stuff. When I had to make weight I'd go from machine to machine. So I'd do the bike for about 8-10 minute, then do the rowing machine for 5 minutes, then the stairmaster for 5, the treadmill for 5, that Nordic ski type machine that part stair part pushing with your arms for 5, then back to the rowing... and just keep moving around like that. It goes much faster because once you are on a machine and get going it's time to move to another.

For the last 4 weeks ive been walking in the park for 35-40. Everyday first thing in the morning on an empty stomach...i started mixing in wind sprints 2-3 times per week. For the last two weeks.

Ya know, how many times have i said that in the past? (Ive lost count).
Im making no promises...i am on a cycle, i do feel incredible. Im off all drugs ( not including PEDs) including anti depressants...ive never felt better and thought more clear...
Im gonna see where.this takes me...thats all i can say.
I do have an actual list of naysayers and doubters that ill address when the time is right...but ill save all that for later...i figure, if i cant get in shape when unemployed, ill never do it.

When I was in the Marine Corps it was 6 days a week 30-60 minutes a day, 5 running and 1 eliptical. Now that I'm out it's 5-6 days a week 15-25 minutes each time and hardly ever running.

I don't consider mj a drug but I my consumption is 1/4 of what it was.

I jog several times per week if I'm not around 10%. I prefer sex as my cardio though lol as I'm been clean of hormones for 6yrs. Back then tren was my cardio in a bottle.

I do about 1 - 3 hours of grappling/boxing 3 to 5 times weekly and lift 4 times weekly, try to do both on different days as best as I can.

Run between 1.5 & 6 miles 4 to 5 times per week. Thinking about adding sprints into the mix.

other than that...realy no need for cardio for bodybuild,, only ONLY when try to get 4% on stage ,, between 6 and 4 % ,, but for 6%? no need for even touching the cardio rooms

Just do your daily activities...walk to places, bike...stay active in general, move.

I am very bad about performing cardio.....when I do manage to get a session in, it usually consists of walking outdoors......right around 40 minutes......the weather is nice now, so I should get in the habit of doing it at least 4 times a week.
Can't stand cardio in the gym.....much more enjoyable walking around a lake!

I try hopping on my wife for some horizontal cardio once or twice every evening. And I do 20 minutes of walking on the treadmill before my workouts, but more to get warm because it's cold as fuck here in Canada. I can't break a sweat or even shake the goosebumps unless I do some cardio before I work out in the colder months.
I do some higher intensity cardio for the actual cardiovascular benefits a couple times a week too. More when it's nice out. We hike the mountain trails or hit up the lakes. Can't stand "cardio" at the gym either.
