Haha. These IFBB pros always comes out with crap like "Im more ripped than ever", "My back has more of XYZ this year", "I refined my quads" blablabla. THey look just about the same as always, with less or more drug bloat or something :D

Damn, I hope he nails his conditioning. I think it'd help if he didn't tan lobster red too. I like when he backs off the colouring a little bit. I think that Jay can pull off a deserving win!!! And if he does, he'll smoke the competitors.

Just looking at those pics I would've guessed he was down in weight (muscle size) compared to other years. Conditioning about the same.

His waist looks more narrow, somehow he looks more streamlined, he is even wider, overcame his right bicep injury and his legs looks more even. Very respectable. I admit I never thought he would or could improve that much on all his weakness, even though they were minor.

Agreed. Jay's woman isnt a supermodel but highly educated (BSN, MSNursing) which makes her a $100K woman and has good enough looks to make her your babe for 40 yrs. Jay did well. Remember these guys roll with blonds that top Heidi Klum.
