haha thats a good question, theres no weight declrared on them, theyre welded by hnad, haha, but theyre terrific, trust me
i have there seen a guy who i was laughing at first sight, called him ali g, bc he had this funny hat and same face.
was thin, trained with much motivation and drive, though, and some 3 months of anadrol and some test later, ran into him again, he dwarfed and outleaned me, i coulndt believe my eyes
the spirit in there is really something else.
where i train here , this started out as "hardcore" gym back in the day, but by now it turned into a small gym chain and focusses more on dancing and such bs zumba(i think thats the name) dances, its sad, but i guess pure economic calculation from the owner.
atleast they left the old equipment in there, its now just surrounded by many cardio machines, a boxing ring and halls for dance courses.
one positive about these courses is,haha, i joined some and learned some cool dance moves, its ok cardio and theres all the hot girls in them
gyms become more and more social chit chat places, which is ok, chatting a bit, but damn, everyone on phone while training is too much.
makes me think whether they have appointment with obama or why are they on the phone in gym, cant be that importnat.
I saw a video of a english pro training in there.... huge guy dreads, cedric something ... big arms well triceps... he was inclining 145, and he was having serious difficulty doing so
, what would you estimate the heaviest dumbells to be. Thats how i measure how hardcore a gym is.
I think the gym situation in london is unfair to the hardcore or serious trainer, 10 - 15yrs back much better now....most gyms are just filled with annoying people... who have no idea how totrain orwhat gym ettiquette is.
i started out pressups , dips, upside down pressups in my room, once i mastered that aleisure centre gym, mastered that then hardcore gym , now you hve guys who cannot even do 20 pressups training in hardcore gyms.... just in there to fuck around and socialise....
