on some Serbian channel i think he said he had been given 300g of vitamin C and didn't need a skin transplant after that

LOL no. My assessment indicates one of three possible cause/effects here:

1 His move to a full vegan, hi-fiber, fruit and veg diet blocked his intestines entirely for no reason known to science
2 His recent 'discovery' of recreational substances including (but not necessarily limited to) 'shrooms, gave him a wicked intestinal 'plug'
3 The whole thing is a cover-up for the fact that he had to have a stomach-pump, which as we all know is usually only indicated for poisoning/overdose situations

sadly yes, I earned it all with an over active lifestyle all my life, shit wears out not much you can do about it. but I never complain and I just deal with it as it comes. hope you're doing better now wes.
