yeah, I had one when I was in high school. Many years ago. It is indeed an interesting measurement.
However, I would like to know my percentage of slow vs. fast twitch muscle fibers in my legs even more.

Some people have 20% slow twitch fibers. Some people have 90%. You are born with a specific distribution. Very interesting if you think about it,

how tall are you, and can you dunk a basketball?

i'm 180 cm (5'11") and the best i could do was dunking a volleyball

vertical jump can can a good indication of fast twitch fibers, also your sprint time it the 40

Not sure about fitness levels, but I'm an avid cyclist (road) no homo.

I can do 22 miles (my work journey) in around 80-85 minutes, without aiming for a particular time - just trying to maintain a good top speed.

That's prob between 17-19 mph average?

I reckon I could do 20 miles in an hour if my life depended on it  ;D
