even though i've only done this for one session.... EVERTHING was the same save two things..
pushing my abs up and out and PULLING the bar out over instead of pressing it and it made today's numbers EFFORTLESS!

trust me...incorporating a few of these tweaks will make a HUGE difference...
EVERY pl client of mine today who had a bench rotation worked on this for about an hour with just the bar and verbal cues... after that EACH one either had an EASY all time pr or rep pr! SICK stuff from tate!
