and still i feel pretty tired now

i just woke up from a 3 hour nap post workout

and i slept about 10 hours 2 hours preceeding hitting the gym

i wonder why i'm always so tired

i noticed not much really, only that when i finally did do so on saturday night or so it was much more intense ;D :D :-X


i guess the waking up at 5 am to beat traffic and then "sleeping" in my car before work for another hour and a half is also adding to the tiredness


but fuck now last night and night before i slep like 20 hours total

how much sleep does one need

me and my buddy we decided gyms are not exactly a good business

common sense really

bunch of cheapskate weird bodybuilders coming in and busting up the place 365 days a year

The answer is pretty simple you are overtrained I dont care what you take nobody should be lifting 4 hours per day.

Just about every "big" guy on juice suffers from lethargy.  It's probably caused by:

-Large quantities of food
-Brutal training volumes
-General stress to the body

Your ambitious sleep schedule isn't helping matters either.  Get on some stimulants to combat the lethargy, caffeine + ephedrine is a good stack for the beginner.

i only lift 2hours maximal

only sometimes when i have to skip a session then i do two seession at once usually get it done in 3 hours

but this is rather uncommon

I am probably max six hours a week and there are times that my body feels genuinely abused.

Very strange I also train 5 days per week 10 hours total and wake up early in the morning to train and also take naps in my car when I have a break between training clients, and my workouts are more brutal to the body than yours since I do a lot of heavy compound movements squats, deadlifts etc.
Take some vitamin B12 that should solve the problem.

How old are you?? I'm 47 and work out 5X a week, still only sleep 6 hours a night, less on weekends...
But, I don't drink...
