^^^Bertil should have listened to Mike Mentzer and performed reverse grip pulldowns or reverse grip chin ups.
His lats would’ve looked much better. I the pic above the lats almost look untrained. I’m sure that Bertill went super heavy on T-Bar rows and Barbell Rows. But it appears that his biceps were doing most of the work.
