hell yeah...imho a true "warrior" or whatever he considers himself would know when it's time to stop the killer training, that it's long been time to bow out gracefully. For him to think he can still train like the old days is ludicrous. Why one would subject themselves to that torture, cracking bones and all, is beyond me...
rocco i actually get a sick entertainment out of his videos, especially when he uses twice the amount of weight he can handle and he screams and hollars like a animal yelling yeah buddy and light weight .
