Hey,guys
I have already training 40 YEARS!!
And my bodyweight NEVER go up over 90kgs(200 lbs),always keep around 85 to 87 kgs since 25 years ago.
believe it or not
I never and can not bench-press over 270 lbs for reps in my life!
But I always doing 2 or 3 basics only for chest ,but 30-40 sets within 1 hour or 45 munites only!
Like this moring I am doing about 25 sets of bench-press with 150 to 160 lbs barbell in half hour only !
Most Vietnamese in the gym all see my “brutl workout” ;Dand seems be very shock !!
I train with very tiny light, right?,but very fast with hi-intensity. and it work!
my pics say it!
^^
Sounds like amazing fast training Musclecenter- I have NO IDEA how many sets I do in 1 hour but I only rest an average of 40 seconds between sets.  We need to see a short video of your training one day- OK???  Would be AMAZING to see, I'm sure you would agree.

i always favour high volumes sets, and almost no rest between sets.

I recently started taking your approach to high volume, higher reps, just because I had some tendonitis that has acted up.  So far it seems to help.  It works just as good as short and heavy for me.  Just takes a bit more time to work through everything.   8)

Me and my training partner can knock out a total of 60 or more sets in 40 minutes or so,depending on the bodypart we are working.

Giant-Sets,Tri-Sets,Super-Sets,etc. etc.

Hard as hell, but very intense and result producing as opposed to sitting for 10 minutes between sets of benches for 1 rep.

Oh yeah I COULD do it... that fast if the gym didn't have 20 million "new year resolution" a-holes still there plugging everything up.  Can't wait for that to calm down.  Still going on at my gym.  Been going in later and later to avoid all the traffic.  So far takes about 1 hour +/- .

I like this guy, he is always respectful when people give him shit.
It is clear he loves lifting, I don't see too many people with any
real passion for the gym anymore.

I have tried that training method before, and it is by far the hardest
weight lifting routine I have done. Most people think lifting heavy
as hell with high intensity and average rest periods is tough, but
multiple sets with no breaks is far more difficult, IMO.
