he looked bigger than ever on it, trained biceps, did alt. db curls with the 80's for 6, even in a t shirt he looked like he was four feet thick, crazy.

Branch although thick has little potential for winning the big shows.. Last years placing at the ASC was an annomoly.. His year he will not crack the top five..

he's got the muscle but not the aesthetics & no amount of training can fix that. He'll continue to win some $10k shows but wont go any further.. Guys like Dexter, Vic, Toney, Phil & even Gustavo will be contenders.

i dont see whats so great about his condition. his arms are subpar, with little sepration. and his back is flat out soft with no seperation. hard as nails in the chest and quads though. abs are ususally dialed in too. dexter is the better conditioned bodybuilder.

Download DVD decryptor first to take off the protection and place the whole dvd on your computer. Then use Nero Recode to burn it to AVI format
