I disagree. I don't know JJ on a personal level, but I'd imagine he's pretty determined this time and will exercise discipline in in diet. I'm pulling for him.
Debusseys point is simple: He = holding too much fat 10 weeks out to get real shredded naturally without going on a starvation diet. It does not matter how determined he is if the quantity of fat needing to be lost = bigger than what his body can realistically lose in the given time span without blowing lean mass.
He is at least 15 - 16% BF there. At 210? pounds/16%BF, that equals about 31,5 pounds of fat. If he blows away 20 pounds of fat in 10 weeks (2 pounds per week for a natty = even pushing it), he'll be (11,5/190)*100 = 6,05% in 10 weeks.
The only problem is that losing 20 pounds of fat only in 10 weeks with no changes in LBM = pretty difficult. Even 12 - 15 pounds of fat during that time = very good.
Not saying it can't be done, but the numbers just ain't in his favor, especially since he probably never has dieted down to a very low BF% before.
Anyway, if he pulls it off, then hats off to him..
