Title: Bodybuilding + TEETH
Post by: BlueDevil on September 20, 2008, 02:50:00 PM

just got back from the dentist; he has informed me that I have some stress fractures in my teeth... this is due to biting my teeth when lifting

i will be fine as long as I make a conscious effort not to do it anymore, if any of you do the same I would suggest you do too

just thought i would give everyone a head up on this

I recommend then if you are not comfortable with the mouth guard wearing a helmet with the chin strap pulled tight enough as to prevent you from pushing on your teeth.
