Just watched half of the video from which the posted still were taken. Derek isn't aging well. It could just be genetics or maybe it's the juice etc. Who knows? For a fellow who just turned 30 he looks somewhat older in this video. However, he's the same guy we all know and love!

I shudder to think what the future holds for him. I found myself wondering if he got off the juice and leaned out could he regain some of what he seems to have lost? Someone should show him how to dress. His attire is ridiculous in this video.

Just finished watching the rest of this video. Derek said something to the effect that he hates all those people on Getbig who don't workout and trash those who do....(like him?). Then he flashed a double biceps pose.

I would guess he suffers from body dysmorphic disorder. Someone should give him a mirror that talks back and doesn't lie to him.
