He was on the Tonight Show right after Dick Cheney, and brought some appropriate props for the occasion.

It was funny as hell, but I don't think Cheney was amused.

Well, he has turned a disadvantage into an advantage and makes money with it. You can say whatever you want about the guy, but if he makes money looking like that, good for him.
