I have only done 1 actual show he has done how many? Again if he is better he could post a pic and prove it he can’t because he isn’t. Here`s a tip,the way you ate in the last 3 weeks is a joke....it will take a bit longer to "train" the body to burn fat by eating fat than 4 weeks of eating tons of carbs AND fat and low protein .

You lost fluid and muscle size.

EDIT: You are doing no cardio other than a leisurely walk.....2 weeks = no fat loss....your training ie. 6 sets of Leg Curls for example, is doing nothing at this point.
